Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

     

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

     

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

     

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if applicable)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearances, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's system.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes mzsstore.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, custom fees, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages mzsstore.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  2. Contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at mzs.store500@gmail.com to file a claim. Please attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at mzs.store500@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has entered processing or shipping.
